Xpress is a registered trademark of DNA Entreprises. The domain name, logos, the architecture of the website and app, their interfaces and their code are likewise its exclusive property. Any reproduction, representation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.

Use of the trademark in Kenya by DNA XPRESS LTD takes place under that ownership: the difference in company name between the two countries stems from the availability of the name in the Kenyan register, and entails no transfer of rights in the trademark.

Content published by sellers — images, descriptions, trademarks — remains the property of its respective holders, who indemnify DNA Entreprises against any claim relating to the rights attached to it.
